Refunds:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order will be refunded. Unfortunately, cancellations of orders received after 24 hours cannot be refunded. We Cannot accept returns because of hygiene purposes.

After payment is received for your order you will be notified when the package is shipped and when you can expect delivery.
Nails by Natasha’s obligation is to deliver a product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of your order. Nails by Natasha is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

Nails by Natasha does not take any responsibility for the incorrect use of the product or if the product causes a negative skin reaction or if you require medical attention.
